About Mix Bus 09

Mix Bus 09 is my first piece using a modular synth. All of the sounds are from an Intellijel Quadra, a Make Noise Maths, a Mutable Instruments Braids, and a Make Noise/Soundhack Echophon. The title is simply the filename from recording into a mix bus track in Pro Tools.

I found it’s far more effective to listen to this as loud as possible, or slightly louder.

Mix Bus 09 serves as the middle movement in my piece Mix Bar 70, for piano and electronics.
